Whether finding a tenant or managing the property the service includes; initial valuation / rental appraisal, accompany all viewings, reference and credit checks on all applications, preparation of the tenancy, taking meter readings & dated photographs. Over and above this our property management service includes, regular inspections, rental collection, payments made direct into your bank account, rental statements, works organised using our or the landlords approved contractors.
